Broccoli Cheese Balls
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking oil spray
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
Chop the steamed broccoli into fine pieces and transfer to a large bowl.
Add shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with broccoli. Mix well until combined.
