BLT Egg Salad Lettuce Wraps
INGREDIENTS:
Egg Salad
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
BLT Components
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
Butter lettuce or romaine leaves for wrapping
DIRECTIONS:
Step 01
In a bowl, mix chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Step 02
Gently fold in the bacon crumbles and chopped cherry tomatoes.
Step 03
Spoon the egg salad mixture into washed and dried lettuce leaves.
Step 04
Optional: Sprinkle with extra bacon bits or a dash of hot sauce. Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
