Big Mac Salad

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
8 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ diced garlic dill pickles
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds , optional
8 tablespoons Thousand Island Salad Dressing
DIRECTIONS:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat cook ground beef using a meat masher to break it down into crumbles as it cooks. Cook for 10 minutes, or until beef has browned.
Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Divide the lettuce between 4 small bowls. Top with the cooked ground beef mixture, shredded cheese, and diced dill pickles.
Drizzle salad dressing over top of the burger bowls prior to serving.
