Better Than the Deli Reuben Sandwiches
This recipe for a Reuben sandwich is designed to make it even better than the ones you have already eaten from the deli. With just a few simple tweaks, you can take this already delicious sandwich to a whole other level. INGREDIENTS:

8 Slices of rye bread
8 Slices swiss cheese
½ lb. Thinly sliced corned beef
1 C. Drained sauerkraut
½ C. Thousand Island dressing
2 Tbsp. Softened butter

DIRECTIONS:

Butter one side of each piece of bread and place 4 slices of the bread butter side down in a large skillet over medium heat on the stove.
Add a layer of dressing to the other side of the slices of bread in the skillet.
Top each slice of bread in the skillet with a slice of swiss cheese, a serving of corned beef, ¼ of the sauerkraut and another slice of swiss cheese.
