INGREDIENTS:

500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp vinegar
Cooking oil for frying

DIRECTIONS:

Marinate: Mix beef with soy sauce, sugar, garlic, pepper, and vinegar. Chill overnight.
Fry: Heat oil, fry beef until browned.
Serve: Enjoy with garlic rice and fried eggs.
