INGREDIENTS:

3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 cup chocolate chips

Preparing the Batter:

In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, then stir in the sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Next, mix in the baking soda, salt, and flour until just combined. Finally, fold in the chocolate chips to distribute them evenly throughout the batter.

Baking Process:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners. Spoon the batter into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
