Banana Bread

This one’s one of my favorite banana bread recipes for many reasons.It is moist, rich, and buttery, and has the perfect balance of textures and the crumble you’re looking for.
INGREDIENTS:
2 C. All purpose flour
1 C. Granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Ground cinnamon
½ C. Melted butter
2 Large eggs
3 Ripe bananas that have been mashed
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, ground cinnamon, melted butter and eggs.
Blend in the mashed bananas.
Pour the batter into a loaf pan that is well greased.
Bake the bread for 1 hour.
Let cool before you serve.
