Bacon Mushroom Swiss Cheeseburger Soup

INGREDIENTS:

– 1 pound of ground beef
– 6 pieces of bacon, cut into small pieces
– 1 onion, chopped
– 8 ounces of sliced mushrooms
– 4 cups of beef broth

– 1 cup of thick cream
– 1 cup of grated Swiss cheese
– Add salt and pepper as desired.
– Green onions to decorate

DIRECTIONS:

In a big pot, cook the bacon until it is crunchy. Take out of the pot and place to the side.
In one pot, cook the ground beef until it turns brown. Put the onions and mushrooms in and cook until they become soft.
Add the beef broth and heat until it starts to bubble. Cook it for approximately 10 minutes.

Mix the thick cream and Swiss cheese until they are melted and well mixed together.Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve the dish hot, topped with crunchy bacon and chopped green onions.
