4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 large apple, julienned (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith work well)
½ cup dried cranberries

For the Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
