Amish Garlic Butter Chicken Noodles in the Slow Cooker

This rich and comforting chicken noodle dish is pure cozy food. Tender chicken simmers in a buttery garlic broth before wide egg noodles soak it all up into a silky, savory finish. It’s simple, hearty, and the kind of meal that disappears fast at the table.
INGREDIENTS:
2 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless, diced
1 cup unsalted butter melted
2 tbsp garlic minced
4 cups chicken broth low-sodium
12 oz egg noodles wide, uncooked
DIRECTIONS:
Place diced chicken in an even layer in the slow cooker.
Mix melted butter with garlic and pour over the chicken.
Add chicken broth and gently stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2.5 hours until chicken is tender.
Season with salt and plenty of black pepper to taste.
Add egg noodles, pressing them into the broth so they are mostly submerged.
Cook on HIGH for 20–30 minutes, stirring once, until noodles are tender.
Serve warm once noodles are soft and coated in the buttery sauce.
