INGREDIENTS:

4 cups fresh broccoli florets

1/2 cup red onion, chopped

1/2 cup raisins

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Dressing Ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the fresh broccoli florets, chopped red onion, raisins, sunflower seeds, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar until the dressing is smooth and well combined.
