American Coleslaw
INGREDIENTS:
Shredded cabbage (4 cups)
Shredded carrots (1 cup)
Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
Apple cider vinegar (2 tbsp)
Sugar (1 tbsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Black pepper (1/4 tsp)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
