Air Fryer Pineapple

INGREDIENTS:

1 ripe pineapple
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
vanilla ice cream or whipped cream , for serving, optional

DIRECTIONS:

Peel, core, and slice the pineapple into 8 to 10 rings (1/4-inch thick), then into quarters. Transfer to a large bowl.
Combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon; dump over the pineapple and gently toss to coat.
Preheat the Air fryer to 380F for 5 minutes.
Using tongs, gently place pineapple pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until caramelized.
Enjoy warm as is or with some vanilla ice cream!
