These Air Fryer Cheesy Taco Bombs are a quick, crispy, and delicious way to enjoy taco flavors in a bite-sized, cheesy package! Made with flaky biscuit dough, a seasoned beef and cheese filling, and cooked to golden perfection in the air fryer, these taco bombs are perfect for snacks, game days, or a fun family meal!

INGREDIENTS:

For the Filling:
½ lb ground beef
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
¼ cup salsa
½ cup shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
For the Dough:
1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
1 tablespoon melted butter (for brushing)
½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
½ teaspoon dried parsley or cilantro (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cook the Taco Filling:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain any excess grease and add salt, black pepper, and taco seasoning.
Stir in salsa and shredded cheese, then remove from heat. Set aside to cool slightly.
2. Assemble the Taco Bombs:
Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual pieces.
Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture into the center of each dough round.
Carefully pull the edges up and pinch them together to seal, forming a round ball.
3. Air Fry Until Golden & Crispy:
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Place the taco bombs seam-side down in a single layer, leaving space between them.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
4. Brush & Garnish:
Brush the warm taco bombs with melted butter.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley (or cilantro) for extra flavor.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
Serve warm with sour cream, guacamole, or extra salsa for dipping!
