Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ pounds boneless and skinless chicken thighs – About 6 chicken thighs.

1 ½ tablespoons avocado oil

½ tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon sweet paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon salt

couple pinches cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F. Pat the chicken thighs dry and trim the excess fat off.
Add them to a bowl with oil, maple syrup and seasonings. Combine until all the chicken is coated.
Place the chicken thighs in the preheated air fryer. Do not stack them. Make them in two batches if needed.
Air fry the chicken at 380 degrees F for 16-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve the chicken thighs as you would like! I like adding a squeeze of fresh lemon juice on top. I don’t recommend cutting into the chicken for a few minutes to keep it as juicy as possible.
