1 loaf garlic bread about 12 oz / 340 g, sliced into bite-sized pieces
1 lb / 450 g ground beef
1 cup / 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks, until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Arrange the garlic bread pieces on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Spoon a small amount of cooked beef onto each garlic bread piece.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the bread is lightly crisp.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired …
