INGREDIENTS:
2 cups mashed potatoes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped dill fresh preferred
1/4 cup crumbled bacon cooked
1 egg beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
olive oil spray for baking
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
