Shrimp Lo Mein
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs Yakisoba Noodle
400 grams shrimp cleaned and devien
1/4 cup red onion chopped
5 cloves garlic minced
8 oz mushroom sliced into bite-sized pieces
2 stems green onions sliced into one-inch pieces
1/4 cup Oyster sauce
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cooking oil
DIRECTIONS:
Prepare the Noodles
Boiled ten cups of water. Add the noodles and use a chopstick to separate the noodle strands. Remove the noodles immediately once separated. And use a strainer to drain the water. The noodles have been cooked, so there’s no need to overcook them in the boiled water. The idea is to simply separate the noodles from each other.
Make the Shrimp Lo Mein Sauce
