Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Bars
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ cups All purpose flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
¾ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon Fine salt
¾ cup Unsalted butter (room temperature)
¾ cup Light brown sugar (packed)
2 Large eggs (room temperature)
1 ½ cups Old fashioned oats

DIRECTIONS:
1: Preheat and Prepare
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Set aside while you prepare the wet ingredients.
3: Cream Butter and Sugar
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar together until creamy and light in color.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4: Combine Wet and Dry
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined don’t overmix.
