Garlic Mushroom Cauliflower Skillet
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
8 oz (about 225g) mushrooms, sliced (cremini, button, or shiitake work well)
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil (or butter for extra richness)
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional additions:
1 teaspoon smoked paprika or chili flakes for a smoky or spicy kick
2 tablespoons fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese for a cheesy finish
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Clean and slice the mushrooms.
Mince the garlic cloves.
Step 2: Cook the Cauliflower
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the cauliflower florets and season with half the salt and pepper.
