1 can (15 oz / 425 g) creamed corn
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup (240 ml) whole milk or half-and-half
1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup (60 g) shredded cheddar cheese (optional for extra flavor)
1/2 cup (60 g) crushed saltine crackers or breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp onion powder
For the Topping
1/2 cup (60 g) crushed Ritz crackers, saltine crackers, or breadcrumbs
2 tbsp (30 g) unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
