Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced or cubed
– 4 oz linguine, cooked al dente
– 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
– 2 Tbsp butter
– 1½ cups heavy cream
– 2 Tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
– ¼ tsp salt
– ¼ tsp dried basil
– ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
– 1 garlic clove, minced
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl, combine chicken and Cajun seasoning, tossing to coat evenly.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the seasoned chicken in butter until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
