Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon fresh dill
DIRECTIONS:
Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large, heavy skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil until it shimmers.
Cook the chicken in the skillet until it is browned on both sides and fully cooked, approximately 4 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a plate and keep it aside.
Pour the chicken broth into the skillet, scraping the bottom of the pan to deglaze it. Stir in the lemon juice and minced garlic, then bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce the broth mixture by half, which should take about 10 minutes …
