M&M Chocolate Brownie Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

1 egg white
3/4 cup caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup plain flour
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2/3 cup dark chocolate
1/4 cup thickened or heavy cream
1 cup assorted chocolate candy (e.g., M&M’s, Maltesers, caramel chocolates)

DIRECTIONS:

Prepare the Brownie Base:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line an oven tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk egg white and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and melted butter, mix well.
Sift in cocoa powder and flour, stir until a chocolate batter forms. Add milk and vegetable oil, mix until smooth.
