Creamy Perfection of Flan
INGREDIENTS:
1 can (397g) condensed milk
1 can (use the condensed milk can to measure) milk
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (200g) white sugar

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Make the Caramel:
In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Carefully pour the caramel into a flan mold or round baking dish, tilting to coat the bottom and sides. Set aside.
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the condensed milk, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
