ORANGE SHERBET
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup granulated sugar
1 ½ tablespoons orange zest
⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
½ cup heavy whipping cream
DIRECTIONS:
Add the orange juice, sugar, orange zest, salt, and vanilla extract to a large bowl and whisk together until the sugar is dissolved. Whisk in the milk and cream.
