Ground beef, 500g.
Noodles, 400g.
Minced garlic, 4 cloves.
Thinly sliced onion, 1.
Soy sauce, 50 ml.
Hoisin sauce, 30 ml.
Vegetable oil, 15 ml.
Sesame oil, 5 ml.
Spring onions for garnish.
Sesame seeds for garnish.
DIRECTIONS:
