FRENCH DIP BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS:

Biscuit Ingredients:

1 can of refrigerated biscuits (such as Pillsbury Grands)

1 lb of roast beef slices

8 slices of provolone cheese

1/4 cup of melted butter

1 tablespoon of dried onion flakes

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Au Jus Dipping Sauce Ingredients:

2 cups of beef broth

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon of soy sauce

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Prepare the Biscuit Base

Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them.

Flatten each biscuit gently with your hands, creating a larger base for the filling.

Step 3: Assemble the Biscuits

Place a slice of provolone cheese on each flattened biscuit.

Add a generous amount of roast beef slices on top of the cheese.

Fold the biscuits over to enclose the filling and press the edges to seal.

Step 4: Season and Bake

In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, dried onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Brush this mixture generously over the top of each biscuit.
