INGREDIENTS:

1 pound lean ground beef

1 small onion finely chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

1 16 oz. block of Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes

1 10 oz. can of diced tomatoes and green chilies (e.g., Rotel), undrained

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Brown the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
Transfer to the Slow Cooker: Add the cooked beef mixture to your slow cooker.
