Hobo Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 Russet potatoes, peeled and sliced
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (10 ounces) cream of potato soup
1 can (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
⅓ cup French fried onions

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a cast iron or oven-safe skillet, brown the lean ground beef over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Add chopped onion to the skillet and cook until translucent.

Layer sliced potatoes over the beef, then sprinkle with cheese.
