5 Minute Cabbage Patties

INGREDIENTS:
1.1 lbs cabbage, finely shredded
Vegetable oil for frying
2 onions, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 eggs
4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce Ingredients:
3 tablespoons yogurt
2 sprigs of dill, finely chopped
1 cucumber, grated
Red powdered pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Fritter Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, onions, and garlic.
Beat the eggs and blend them into the cabbage mixture. Stir in the flour, salt, red pepper, and black pepper until the mixture is well combined.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
