4-ingredients Sausage Breakfast Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of breakfast sausage
1 cup of Bisquick baking mix
1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs

Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin to ensure the muffins don’t stick, making them easy to remove once baked.
Cook the Sausage: In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until it’s thoroughly browned and crumbled. This step is crucial for releasing the sausage’s full flavor. Be sure to drain any excess grease to keep the muffins from being too oily.
