4-Ingredient Cheese Dip

This 4-Ingredient Cheese Dip is creamy, tangy, warm, and just spicy enough from diced tomatoes with green chiles. It bakes up bubbly in 20 to 25 minutes and is perfect for serving with sturdy buttery crackers.
INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces cream cheese softened
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded, preferably freshly shredded
1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes with green chiles drained very well
1 sleeve sturdy buttery crackers for serving
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small baking dish, or line a small warm-dip-safe serving platter with foil for easier cleanup.
Put the softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, and well-drained diced tomatoes with green chiles in a medium bowl, then stir until evenly mixed.
Spread the cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish in an even layer so it heats through evenly.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the dip is hot, melted through the center, and bubbly around the edges; start checking around 20 minutes.
Let the dip rest for about 5 minutes so it thickens slightly, then serve it warm with sturdy buttery crackers.
